In the 1920's when this house was built, St. Augustine Beach was a social gathering place.  You can enjoy the beach scene from the comfort and fine furnishings of this unique oceanfront bed and breakfast, not to mention the fabulous hospitality of your hostess.

You will find that hospitality lives on  when you meet the Innkeeper, Patty Steder.  So sit back and relax with a book, go touring in the local shops and attractions.  You will enjoy every minute at the House of Sea and Sun Oceanfront Bed and Breakfast in St. Augustine Beach.  You will find beautiful pinewood floors through out the whole house and the living room is decorated with oriental rugs, antique furniture
and a fine collection of crystal and china

The living area has a antique carved wood mantel around the fireplace and beautiful antique furniture, including Victorian Courting Chairs.
The breakfast room greets you with sunshine and original recipe breakfasts.  It is enclosed so that you can enjoy the ocean view in modern comfort.
