To confirm your reservation,

• a one night's deposit by cash or credit card is required.

• The deposit is refundable if the reservation is cancelled at least 7 days before the arrival date

• (14 days prior cancellation is required during holidays)

• A two night minimum is required on all weekends.

• Some holidays require a minimum three night stay.
